How

The process we employ in product and service development is based on a continuous evaluation of insight towards the user, their context, and their needs; Empathise, Define, Ideate and Test.
Empathise - Who are the users? Where are they likely to use the product? Why do they want to use the product and what are their needs? These are some of the questions which need to be asked in order to gain a better understanding of who we are developing for.
Define - The answers to our questions need to be structured and analysed in order to provide true insight. With a better understanding of the users goals and limitations we can define suitable goals and constraints for our product.

Ideate - With a solid and well defined problem we can begin to explore potential solutions. The ability to quickly prototype ideas and communicate them in discussion is key to making decisions early in the development process, reducing the cost of mistakes later.
Test - The evaluation and  feedback from users and the development team steers the development process forward, allowing continuous correction and adjustment of the product direction.
