This rendering was created from accurate height data to illustrate seasonal switches from summer to winter in the Åre ski resort, Sweden.
The render is modelled from open topographical data, availible from the Swedish goverment agency Lantmäteriet
Once the data is interpreted with GIS software, the surface can be modelled, textured and rendered using CAD software.
